Directions: Depending on the severity of your sore throat, coughs, or chest pains, steep 1 - 3 tea bags for 10 minutes, and drink this 3 times a day. To make it more divine, peel and slice a few pieces of fresh ginger to include into your tea. If your sore throat and coughs are accompanied with a cold or slight fever, try adding fresh lemon juice, ginger slices, and honey with your tea.

While Western medicine can be effective, our dependency on pills and medical procedures often exacerbates the ailments we expect them to solve. While I have no professional health certifications, I am a diligent student of holistic medicine and alternative healing practices.
