Shu is the Egyptian god who symbolizes dry air and preservation. He represents the space between the earth and the heavens. As the god that gave the breath of life to all living creatures, Shu will imitate this ability through providing some healing of your respiratory organs. Ingredients such as marshmallow root is a known mucilaginous that will help to bring back moisture to dry/sore throats while marigold and jasmine flowers provides the favorable soothing and healing properties that will relieve infections and pains within the throat and chest. Directions: Depending on the severity of your sore throat, coughs, or chest pains, steep 1 - 3 tea bags for 10 minutes, and drink this 3 times a day. To make it more divine, peel and slice a few pieces of fresh ginger to include into your tea. If your sore throat and coughs are accompanied with a cold or slight fever, try adding fresh lemon juice, ginger slices, and honey with your tea.
Ingredients: Marshmallow Root, Thyme, Gingko Leaves, Hawthorn Berries, Licorice Root, Celery Seeds, Marigold (Calendula) Flowers, and Jasmine Flowers.
Flavor Profile: A mellow and nurturing neutral flavor aided by floral, and slightly woody nodes.
